Summary of Position :

Qpixel Technology seeks business-savvy Country Manager to focus on Japan (based in Tokyo, Japan), managing all stages of new business development from prospecting and lead generation to proposal and closing new business.

In partnership with the Corporate Executive Team, the Country Manager will lead, motive, plan, organize, direct and control the company's Japan operation to ensure continued achievement of planned objectives in terms of profitability, sales growth, investment, personnel development, efficiency and any other objective and subjective measures are required.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall revenue growth of the Japan region
• Develop and manage strategic accounts
• Support Channels to expand business in target segments
• Provide Management and Leadership to the team
• Day to day overall management

 
Qualifications:

• At least 10 years experience in people management in the semiconductor or closely related market.
• Proactive in the market. Proven gain of market share in his/her business.
• Strong connection to Japanese electronics manufacturers.
• Fluency in English and Japanese.
• Technical knowledge to communicate with customer in sales situations.
• Experience working in an American company.
• Energetic.
